We are currently seeking a Regional Recruiting Manager to be responsible for sourcing and recruiting qualified practitioners for new and existing clinics. This position will work with the entire recruiting team as well as regional managers and directors to ensure staffing objectives are achieved. This position may be based remotely or at the Clinic Service Center in Minneapolis. Travel of approximately 25% will be required. Essential Accountabilities: · Source, screen, and present qualified candidates to Managers of Operations. · Develop and maintain candidates relationships over extended periods of time · Personally participate in and support recruitment activities to ensuring that applicants are handled efficiently and effectively. · Lead, manage and mentor our Managers of Operations in recruitment functions, to include compliance with processes and policies.· Consult with Director of National Recruitment on recruitment initiatives and challenges to develop and implement an appropriate recruiting plan for assigned markets. · Utilize technology to manage candidates and applicant for increase efficiency and effectiveness. · Attend local and national meetings, conferences and job fairs and develop relationships with candidates as well as key members of associated organizations. · Work with team to develop, improve and evaluate overall recruitment strategies on a national and local basis. Requirements : · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related area. Masters degree preferred. · A minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting and candidate relationship management required. · Experience in a multi-site environment a plus as well as healthcare experience · Demonstrated knowledge of sourcing practices, CRM techniques, recruitment technology and metrics/scorecard required. · Strong skills in problem solving, communication and relationship building. · Must be proficient with all Microsoft office products and have the ability and interest to learn new software packages. · Due to possible remote location of this job, must have ability to work with minimal supervision.

Position Purpose: Has dual responsibility for leading Employment Branding and College Program initiatives. Job Responsibilities: Employment Branding: · Manages the creation and implementation of enterprise wide employment brand strategy. · Responsible for execution of brand through: project management, communication and forming/maintaining relationships with important internal (HR, Marketing, IS) and external (3 rd party agencies) partners. · Expected deliverable includes expansion of sourcing channels resulting in increased applicant awareness, interest, application and conversion. This will be accomplished through the development of candidate segmentation, vehicle and media recommendations, timing and metrics management. Minimum 2 year experience managing campus recruitment programs and relations. Superior written and oral communication competence – persuasive and influential, clear, concise and creative. Demonstrated market research and analysis experience including developing models, scenarios and recommendations. Demonstrated professional project management experience.
