Support Plans are optional. Support Plan charges are shown
on monthly basis, based on the number
of seats. The Support Plan includes 'No Cost' upgrades, web services, advanced resume
importing (Sovren) and additional training time.
There
is an additional monthly charge of $125 per seat for
running Gopher on BlackDog's Servers and a
$125 per seat set up charge to install Gopher and all customer
applications currently running on your private network.
Additional seats over 16 add $250 for license and $10 per month
for ‘Upgrade Plans’.
